What is a tipical session like at camp?
First of all, no bootcamp sessions will be the same as we mix them up all the time. We constantly change the workouts around so your body (and mind) never get bored. This will ensure you keep getting results. During a “typical” bootcamp session we warm up with a series of dynamic stretches and light cardio designed to prepare your body for the workout. We then hit a cardio interval and resistance based workout before cooling down with stretches.
